I had a good feeling about it quickly. The site was simple to figure out, everything went smoothly, and nothing really gave me any pause. Overall, I’m happy with the experience.

"It did what I needed it to do…"
It did what I needed it to do, so I can’t really complain too much. The only thing was the available times were limited, which made it a little harder to fit into my schedule. I guess it depends on what your day looks like, mine was kind of all over the place, so that probably made it feel more annoying than it would for someone else.

"Really happy with how the slider turned out"
I had a slider installed by savvysliders, i feel like it came out really well. The workmanship looks clean, the fit is right, and nothing feels loose or cheaply done. The door slides smoothly too, with no sticking or weird catching, which is exactly what you’d hope for, right? You can definitely tell the person installing it knew what they were doing. They also cleaned up afterward, which I really appreciated because not everyone does that. I’ve been using it for a little while now and it still feels solid. I’d definitely give them 5 stars for the quality of the work.

The parts from Savvy Sliders were nicer than I thought they’d be. The metal feels solid, the plastic pieces don’t feel cheap or flimsy, and everything fit the way it was supposed to. I’ve bought sliders before where some parts felt kinda weak, but these seem well made. Packaging was good too, nothing showed up bent or scratched. Overall, I’m happy with the qaulity.

Had a small warranty issue with Savvy Sliders and they got back to me quick. It wasn’t really a big hassle, and they even followed up after, which I didn’t expect. They actually checked if everything was ok, so that was a nice surprise.

"Patio Door Works Smoothly Again"
I had Savvy Sliders come out to fix the track and rollers on my patio door because it was dragging badly and making this awful grinding noise every time I opened it. They got it sliding way better than I expected, and the track looks cleaned up while the new rollers feel solid. I’m usually careful about what I spend on home repairs, but the price felt reasonable for the difference it made. The guy was easy to deal with too. Really happy with it and I’d use them again.

I had the install done a while back, maybe late last month or the month before, I can't remember exactly. Overall it looked decent, but a few parts felt like they were done in a bit of a hurry. Not a terrible experience, just not quite as clean or careful as I was hoping for.

"Quick Fix and Fair Price"
Our screen door had been sticking for a while, and the guy came out and fixed it really quickly. It rolls smoothly now, and the price seemed fair. if your screen door is starting to drag or stick, don’t wait until it gets worse, just get it taken care of. I’d definitely use them again.

I’d say the pricing on savvysliders.com is, like, okay overall. It’s definitely not the cheapest place out there, but it’s not insanely expensive either. Some of the items felt worth the price, while a few others seemed a little high for what you’re actually getting. I’d probably compare prices elsewhere before ordering again, just to be sure. Overall, it’s fair enough, but yeah, not exactly amazing.

"Exactly What I Expected"
No surprises here, and I mean that in the best way. Everything was just solid and worked out like it was supposed to. Which, weirdly enough, feels rare these days because half the time you order something or try a service and there’s always some random issue. But nope, not this time. All good.

I had a really good experience with Savvy Sliders. The technician showed up right on time and within a few minutes could tell the issue was with the worn rollers on my sliding door, not the track like I had thought. I appreciated how clearly he explained everything without making it sound complicated.
He worked neatly, cleaned up after himself, and had the door moving smoothly again quickly. It feels like a completely different door now, and I’m really happy with how professional and straightforward the whole service was.

"Quote was close, but the final price confused me a bit"
I got a quote from savvysliders.com and overall it was close, but the final price ended up being a little higher than I expected ?? It wasn’t a huge deal or anything, I just wish the estimate had been more exact upfront so I wasn’t surprised at the end.

"Fixed the slider, but it’s still not perfect"
They got my slider working again, so I’ll give them credit for that. It moves way better than it did before, but it still sticks a little here and there. Also took a bit longer than I was expecting. Not saying it’s a scam, but I did think it would be fully fixed for the time it took.

I’d say my experience with savvysliders.com was alright overall. The price wasn’t bad compared to a few other sites I looked at, and the product I got was fine. Like, nothing showed up broken or weird, so that’s good. But at the same time, it didn’t really feel like I scored some amazing deal either. Shipping was kind of just okay, not painfully slow but definitely not quick. Service was about the same. Basically, it does what it’s supposed to do, but for the money I guess I was expecting a little more

"Helped, but I expected a smoother glide"
I put these on my patio door and it definitely slides better than it did before, so I can’t complain too much. Installation was easy and nothing really went wrong there. That said, I was expecting a bigger improvement for the price. The door still catches a bit if I push it from one side instead of straight on, so it’s not exactly the smooth glide I had in mind. It works fine most days, just not quite as smoothly as I hoped
